Add 2D code for electrostatic corrections and update tutorial

I've combined the code for the 3D case and the 2D case into one class and updated the tutorial, creating new plots. These have been added to the submit agts file, but until they can be generated from there, I've tried attaching them to this post. Let me know how it goes!
