Fail to install GPAW
Hi. I read your documentation and think it is an awesome work. Thus I want to install it and use it on my work. But I met some problem about the installation.
I have installed BLAS and LibXC and add them into ~/.bashrc
. Then I use pip install gpaw
,it returns

It seems that I must use mpi and considering I have installed intel compiler, I add

It seems that intel compiler isn't called.
I set CC=mpiicc
and ran python setup.py install
again, it returns
