Contributing test cases to libtasn1

Description of problem:

It's not really a problem but rather a request for information.

I would like to contribute some test cases that are generated from clients using Libtasn1.

Would the best way to do this is to create a merge request ?

Any specific information/processes to follow when creating the merge request ?
