Support building with Nettle 4

This makes GnuTLS compile against Nettle 4.0. Notable changes are:

  • Use nettle_hash_{init,update,digest}_func types as possible, instead of the custom types
  • Conditionalize the call to nettle_hash_digest_func with/without the length argument, based on NETTLE_VERSION_MAJOR
  • Truncation of digest output is now handled by the caller of nettle_hash_digest_func
  • Give up supporting HMAC backed by accelerated implementation
