@peonix @dueno !1734 (merged) created a compatibility #define for GNUTLS_NO_EXTENSIONS, but it was not in the gnutls/gnutls.h header where applications need it.

@ametzler This fixes the build of some packages (guile-gnutls, openconnect, zabbix) in Debian.
