- Recover when ssh sessions get into a wonky state, in particular for orphan recovery.
- Jiggle upon recovering an orphan to trigger ssh recovery (but also to redraw interactive apps)
- Move winsize ioctl sending logic to WinSizeController. The old code would reorder resizes in the presence of jiggles and defers and such and now it is saen.
