Are you reporting excessive memory usage? Please attach a heap analysis: https://gitlab.com/gnachman/iterm2/wikis/heapshot
Not a memory problem, but I attach the files. heap.txt
I can't attach memgraph because 77MB (70MB after compression) It is downloadable here: https://www.arpalert.org/src/graph.memgraph.gz
Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
Not sure the problem was easy to reproduce. Note:
- I use Docker which seem very very heavy and intrusive on mac
- I use infinite history on my terms (note: an option which clear history of all terminal at once should be great to save memory)
- I kill iTerm2 and I restart it and all problems are solved.
Behavior 1:
- Go to full screen
- After some hours of work
- move the cursor at top of the screen to display the menu bar
- --- wait about 5s, the menu bar appears
Behavior 2:
- Go to full screen
- After some hours of work
- press shit+command to move the tab order
- --- moved tab remains highlighted a few minuts (~ 2 minuts)
- --- I select othar tab, the new selected tab is not highlited, the previsouly moved tab keep highlight
