Priority 1 issue - I tried updating to beta, now I can't load iTerm2

- iTerm2 version: tried updating to 3.4beta4 from version (not sure).
- OS version: Big Sur 11.2
- Attach ~/Library/Preferences/com.googlecode.iterm2.plist here (drag-drop from finder into this window)

- Attach a screen capture video if it would make the reproduction steps clearer.

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
- I was editing a vi file in iTerm2 like normal (might be root cause of problem?)
- I went into about menu and ran the "check for update"
- I decided to update to the version it was suggesting.
- It gave a windows crash report upon finishing.
- I used CleanMyMacX to try to uninstall
- Download stable version from your site and install
- It still crashes.... HELP please!!! :((((((.
- Do you need the IOS crash report that goes to Apple?
