Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
This issue has been there for a year now, it doesn't seem to be able to consistently reproducible. It often times appear after the computer goes to sleep for a while and wake up again.
It doesn't happen in Terminal.app, only in iTerm.app.
What happened:
Ctrl-C doesn't work in iTerm.app.
Also checked the following mapping,
$ stty -a | grep intr
eol2 = <undef>; erase = ^?; intr = ^C; kill = ^U; lnext = ^V;
