Windows don't expand to screen on multiple monitors with different resolutions with tmux
Thanks for filing an issue! Please answer the questions below so I can help you.

- Attach a debug log, if possible. Instructions at https://iterm2.com/debuglog
- On corp machine, so will do if needed.

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
Pre-requisite: Have two monitors, each running at a different resolution. Monitor A = lower resolution than Monitor B.
- Create a new tmux session with SSH server using 'tmux -CC'
- Create a new tmux window (so creating two separate windows). Move newly created window to Monitor B while previous window remains on Monitor A.
- Try to resize the new window to cover the entire screen of Monitor B.
What happened:
The window snaps back to the size of the window on Monitor B, effectively leaving a space below the window that has not been covered.
NOTE: This does not happen if you don't use tmux - iterm2 on its own behaves correctly.
What should have happened:
The window should fully encompass the entirety of Monitor B.
