Strange giant text-insertion mouse pointer when using iTerm 2 via Screen Sharing
- iTerm2 version: 3.3.6
- OS version: 10.5 (Catalina) on both Macs
- com.googlecode.iterm2.plist attached: com.googlecode.iterm2.plist
Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
- Use Screen Sharing to remotely control a second Mac on which iTerm2 is running.
What happens:
- iTerm2 on the remote Mac displays a giant text-insertion mouse pointer:
- This doesn't happen in the standard Terminal, nor does it happen in any other text-editing application I've tried.
What should happen:
- It should be a normal-sized text-insertion pointer :)
Notes:
- I've seen this happen on two remote Macs--one with a Retina display and one without--in case that's of any value. The "host" Mac running Screen Sharing does have a Retina display. This may be useless info, but I mention it just because this "feels" like some sort of strange Retina-scaling issue.
