Creating new `Pane` when in VIM editing mode(cursor shape is a vertical bar) will change the new pane cursor shape to vertical bar as well

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
- Open iTerm2,
vim ~/.vimrc
and Add lines:
let &t_SI.="\e[5 q" "SI = INSERT mode
let &t_SR.="\e[4 q" "SR = REPLACE mode
let &t_EI.="\e[1 q" "EI = NORMAL mode
-
:wq
save & quit VIM, andvim
to open VIM again, pressi
turn into editing mode (should see vertical bar) - CMD+D / Shift+CMD+D to create new Pane, you will see a vertical bar as well in the new Pane
What happened: New Pane copied the cursor shape from the current VIM application.
What should have happened: It should be like CMD+T which creates a new Tab with the cursor shape I configure in my profile.
