Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
- Create a status bar component script, e.g. https://iterm2.com/python-api/examples/mousemode.html
- Run it
- Attach it to your status bar
- It appears to work just fine
- Restart iTerm
What happened: A bug icon appears. When clicking on it, a dialog with an error comes up resembling the error above.
What should have happened: The status bar component should have run normally on startup.
