Resize window properly when closing the tab before the last.
- iTerm2 version: Build 3.0.10
- OS version: 10.12.1

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
- Open a window. Resize it to take the maximum space (⌥+green button).
- Open a new tab. (Since there is now the tab bar, the tabs contents are about one line shorter.)
- Close the second tab.
What happened:
The tab bar disappears and the window is resized down (by about one line). There is now a one line gap between the bottom of the window and the bottom of the screen.
What should have happened:
The tab bar disappears, the window is not resized down (i.e. still covers the entire screen) and the content of the remaining tab is enlarged.
