Bash vi mode indicators

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
- Turn on bash vi mode and put "set show-mode-in-prompt on" in .inputrc
- Setup shell integration in iTerm2
- Switch modes by pressing Esc and i
What happened:
The iTerm2 indicator and the bash mode indicator don't play nice with each other, as shown in the screenshot (
What should have happened:
The prompt should dynamically update, and not make a new prompt at every mode change (this occurred with shell integration disabled)
