  • iTerm2 3.0.8:
  • 10.11.6
  • com.googlecode.iterm2.plist;
  • debuglog.txt

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. open a ssh session with tmux in it;
  2. kill the connection (no the client);
  3. wait till ssh client exits with error (broken pipe);
  4. open cat;
  5. switch to another app and back

What happened: ^[[O^[[I appeared in terminal

What should have happened: nothing
