close tab (cmd+w) causes tmux session reattach freeze (can not key in)
There is a bug with newer version: Build 2.9.20160523
To reproduce
case 1
- tmux create new session, eg: session1
- optionally - tmux create one or more windows/panes, whatever
- all above in one tab
- use cmd+w to close the tab
Previously , no matter if I use cmd+w or cmd+q to close one tmux tab or quit entire iterm2 app, my session will be still running and I can reattach to that session.
reattach to session1, the session is still running, I can operate tmux, eg, change window title, switch to different window etc, however none of the windows allows me to input any typed key in, the session somehow is still running, but iterm does not respond to the session.
case 2
to reproduce, I used all 1,2,3,4 steps, but I use tmux integration to reattach to the session, it shows the same result. Iterm does not respond to key in.
case 3
test with older version:Build 2.1.4
It works flawlessly, I am able to reattach to session1 and type any key
