disable AppNap

Since they added this 'feature' I was wondering why my terminals were slow to react when in the background until I realized that they were just put in AppNap mode...

What is required (and could be an option) is to tell the OS that the application is running a user started task and never stop it to prevent the application to ever be put to sleep.
(AppNap does some fancy stuff by the main things seems to reduce the speed at which the application run)
