Scripting: expose shared unique IDs with terminals and script API

Currently the 'unique id' property on a session is a simple integer value.
(e.g. "tell application "iTerm" to get unique ID of current session of current window" => 14)
It should return the same value as contained in each session's " $ITERM_SESSION_ID" automagic environment variable. (of the form "w0t11p0")
a 'unique id' property on tabs and windows might also be useful. (assuming the above value is interpreted as 'window 0, tab 11, pane 0', "unique id of tab" would return 'w0t11', and window would be 'w0')
properties should be read-only, since the environment cannot update them (AFAIK?)
