Punctuation box with Chinese input

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- open a shell window
- switch to chinese input (command+space)(either simplified/traditional pinyin, or Wubi)
- press Opt+Shift+b
What is the expected output?
The OS' punctuation box.

What do you see instead?
the character: ı
// LATIN SMALL LETTER DOTLESS I
// Unicode: U+0131, UTF-8: C4 B1
Or 'B' if using Wubi input
What version of iTerm2 are you using?
1.0.0.20140311-nightly
What OS version are you using?
OSX 10.9.2
Please provide any additional information below.
In OSX Lion, this punctuation window called with the same shortcut used to work fine with iterm.

Since OSX10.9, the Chinese input has been murdered, many things like the function "convert text to traditional/simplified" has been put to the "Services" that can't be accessed everywhere like in Lion, so I suppose the OSX API changed.
But I shouldn't speculate.
