Update not working:Installing the current version of the app instead of the new version

ISSUE!
Almost all issues are configuration-specific. Issues missing this file will
be closed.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Launch iTerm
- When prompted to update, update and re-launch the app
- Close the app and re-launch it and one gets prompted to update again
What is the expected output?
- The app will be update to the latest version shown in the update pop-up
What do you see instead?
- The app does not get updated to the latest version
What version of the product are you using?
Build 1.0.0.20130622
On what operating system?
- OS X Mavericks (10.9)
Please provide any additional information below.
