What steps will reproduce the problem?

3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
iterm2 not responding.
while i was shutting down programs in my machine to go to sleep, i just noticed iterm was hung
(spinning beachball).
i took samples with the activity monitor, which showed it was not responding. my immediate reaction was to look at my hard drives to see if they were failing, but they look ok.
not sure if the samples help understand what may have happened. a bit earlier I pressed ctrl-d in a couple of the terminal windows and i think i was down to three when i noticed the beachball on iterm.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Build 1.0.0.20130602-nightly on Lion
