Display is corrupted when editing a long line and resizing the window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open a new iterm2 Window running Bash
- Paste in a fairly long line of text, such as: echo this is a really long command line that takes up more than one line don't you know it really isn't that bad I think.
- Hit enter
- Hit the up arrow to bring back your last command
- Now resize the window several times, varying between large and small sizes
What is the expected output?
The window should display the previous line and the line I'm currently editing properly sized
What do you see instead?
The display becomes corrupt, with parts of my prompt and the command smeared across the screen.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iterm2 Build 1.0.0.20110828 on MacOS 10.6.8.
