Preferences > Export All Settins and Data... Not working: Problem Exporting

Hello :) I was trying to save out the preferences so I can restore them if I move to an other macOS machine I have around, but I didn't succeed with the beta version :( I have not tried on the stable installation.

OS version: Sonoma 14.1.1 (23B81)

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem
- Go to Settings > General > Preferences > Export All Settings and Data...
- Select any folder where you want to save them. I tried the Downloads folder as well as the Desktop folder, iTerm has access to all my file system.
- Click Save.
What happened
An error message shows up with title "Problem Exporting" and a message: "Failed to copy file: The file “.iterm2” couldn’t be opened because there is no such file."
What should have happened
Should have saved my settings.
