iTerm 3.4.20 does not launch under macOS 10.14.6 (intel)

Detailed steps to reproduce the problem
- Install iterm2 3.4.20 (or other versions mentioned above)
- Attempt to launch it
- Click ok for downloaded software
- Observe error message: iTerm cannot be opened because of a problem.
- Details: Check with the developer to make sure iTerm works with this version of macOS. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and macOS.
