Draft: Update to wpewebkit-2.48.1

I was having some performance issues on lower end hardware and given that the wpewebkit hasn't been updated on stable in quite a while I took a stab at updating them and was able to figure it out. This update also fortunately solves my performance issues.

I also tested current candidate on my device and was getting same errors as already reported by other users, this one seems to be working just fine for me.
