Update dependencies to latest versions

As mentioned in the attached commit:

wpewebkit is being upgraded to the latest version due to known security issues, to obtain bug fixes and to increase compatibility with current websites.

A follow-up commit will replace the upstream tarball with the Ubuntu packages, after these packages are upgraded regularly and timely to the latest version.
