Make sure that we choose the right ensure state function for custom plumbed Matrix rooms that we ran into a collision and assumed we're done importing

  • Add test where we ensure isGitterRoomIdDoneImporting(...) -> false, call ensureCorrectHistoricalMatrixRoomStateAfterImport(...), then ensure isGitterRoomIdDoneImporting(...) -> true
