Update matrix-appservice-bridge to get healthcheck endpoint for monit

Part of https://gitlab.com/gitterHQ/gitter-infrastructure/-/issues/193

Bump version of matrix-appservice-bridge which includes https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-appservice-node/pull/38 to add a healthcheck endpoint for the bridge port.

We can use this with monit to make sure the bridge is up and running!
