Open the create community flow
Click the GitLab groups/projects? link
Notice the projects tab
Click the projects tab and notice GitLab projects listed
Once https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitter/webapp/-/merge_requests/1799 is merged -> Choose a project and submit
