Deploying to beta from the xenial branch

When checking out the infrastructure repo, we need to use xenial branch, because it uses the correct names for Gitter web services.

Using xenial might have to change after we handle the https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/infrastructure/issues/9318.
