Fix test skipping when integration fixtures are missing

Upgraded Mocha because some test skipping was fixed in 6.0 and might as well update to the latest if it works, see https://github.com/mochajs/mocha/pull/3225

Tests are now passing in my fork(passing job) following our docs to get the tests green
