This is basic implementation of permalink to parent message opening thread message feed. Separated from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitter/webapp/merge_requests/1732

Opens thread message feed at the bottom

Several bugfixes included:

reopening fully loaded TMF caused infinite loop of fetching new messages
higlight in TMF was never removed
