Resolve "Aggregating Gitter community data into reports"

Tomas Vik (OOO back on 2024-08-12) requested to merge 2356-gitter-metrics into develop

Running these scripts produce the following results: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitter/webapp/issues/2356#gitter-activity-ploted-over-time

  • slack-discord-message-count.mongo - counts all messages with 'slack' or 'discord' keywords by month
  • active-rooms-by-month.mongo - counts active rooms (rooms which had a message submitted to them and weren't created in the given month)
  • active-users-by-month.mongo - counts active users (users who submitted a message and didn't sign up in the given month)
