Make e2e tests run only manual trigger

Make e2e tests run only manual trigger. Currently the CI speed isn't optimized at all so I don't want to hold any MRs back

e2e tests added in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitter/webapp/merge_requests/1480

Also run for any renovate automatic dependency upgrades, https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitter/webapp/merge_requests/1493
