Set ignore_emoticons to true -- Disable emoticons decorating into emojis

This prevents Gitter from automatically converting things like :) into emoji.

Fixes #781 (closed).

(Note, I'm not a Javascript developer. I didn't actually test this. You should probably do that before merging.)
