Use VSCode Fork 1.93.1 in Workspaces

MR:

• feat: Update VSCode to 1.93.1 (!18 - merged)
• Update gitlab-workspaces-tools image to 4.0.0 (gitlab-org/gitlab!177552 - merged)

Description

After updating VSCode to version >=1.93.1 in the VSCode Fork project gitlab-org/gitlab-web-ide-vscode-fork#48 (closed), we should use the new VSCode version in Workspaces.

Acceptance Criteria

• Update config.yaml to target the new VSCode Fork build that contains the most recent VSCode release.
