Update VSCode submodule to 1.93.1

MR: Update VSCode to 1.93.1 (!108 - merged)

Description

The GitLab VSCode Fork project is currently creating builds of VSCode 1.89.x, but the latest version of VSCode is 1.93.0. We should bump the VSCode version tag to the latest VSCode release.

Acceptance criteria

• Update VSCode from 1.89.0 to 1.93.0 following the steps described in the documentation.
• Perform exploratory testing on the GitLab Web IDE project.
• Perform exploratory testing on the GitLab Workspaces Tools project.
• Push to the gitlab-web-ide-cdn the latest Web View host and Extensions host artifacts.
