Fix CheckRequiresTrustedTypesForScripts bug

this merge request fixes an issue with CheckRequiresTrustedTypesForScripts that would result in a finding always being created, even if the the directive was present. this issue was discovered when integrating the library into browser-based <code data-sourcepos="1:246-1:249">dast</code>.
