Secure - Validate UX Scorecard results: When user try to add new scan to dashboard

What’s this issue all about?

It is a part of the problem validation for discover issue: Secure UX when features are not active .

Two UX scorecard issues has created to make the problem more concrete:

• UX scorecard issue 1: when no security scans are active, what user do?
• UX scorecard issue 2: when some security scans are active, what user do?

Base on the two UX scorecard issue result, we will have some problems we assume. But we don't have enough knowledge to know which ones are real user problems, how user react to them. We could like to have some insights on what user do in the same scenario setup in the UX scorecard.
