Added task to confirm target participants prior to screener survey distribution

Why was this change made?

This change was made because team members have revised target participants after sending out the screener survey, which has resulted in contacting people who don't fit the criteria for a study. I'm adding a step for team members to check in with a member of the research team before any survey distribution is sent out.

Also, I changed the wording of "in-person" to "moderated" since the nature of our job is remote.
