Where I started
Exploring criteria and its distinguishes amongst competitors:
- Notifications: prompts, call to action (CTA), alerts, etc. that notify the user of information
- Product story: storytelling through image, video, content etc. to provide context of product

Where I ended
As I progressed through the SWOT analysis, I noticed a trend/theme that occurred. Each competitor had unique style and reference of documentation. I then conducted a final SWOT/competitive analysis as documentation as the main criteria:

- Technical Support: where a user goes to receive support from org
- Bots: an automated chatbot to provide support for Q&A
- Blog: series of written content
- Event: series of events (e.g. virtual, in-person, meet-up, etc.)
- Formal documentation: designated documentation page(s)
- Formal resources: designated resource page(s)
- Email communication: communication from org via email (e.g. newsletter, welcome email, etc.)
- Podcasts: podcast app
- eBooks: through web or download
- YouTube: designated channel
