What’s this issue all about?
In our North Star validation, users had no problem with relocating the badged items (Issues, MRs and Todos) under the user menu. This is surprising as they are some of our most used navigation in GitLab.

- Are users not caring out these parts of Gitlab because they use email or another tool (like Jira) to talk with their team?
