Add allow_all_integrations and allowed_integrations settings
Summary
Adds support for the following GitLab application settings to the
gitlab_application_settings resource:
allow_all_integrationsallowed_integrations
These settings let administrators control which project integrations are permitted instance-wide. Both are Ultimate only and were introduced in GitLab 17.6.
Upstream API reference: https://docs.gitlab.com/api/settings/
Implementation details
- Extend the application settings schema with both attributes
- Add acceptance test coverage under the
settingsbuild tag - Update documentation (regenerated with
make generate) - Add example configuration
Behavior notes
When allow_all_integrations is true, the GitLab API ignores
allowed_integrations.
Validation
Ran locally:
make buildmake lint-golangci,lint-tfprovider,lint-examples-tf,lint-examples-sh,lint-custom— all cleanTESTACCTAG=settings TESTARGS='-run TestAccGitlabApplicationSettings' make testaccagainst GitLab CE 19.4.1 — 11 pass, 6 skip, 0 fail
The two new tests are gated with testutil.SkipIfCE(t), matching the other
EE-only tests in the same file, and skip on CE. They have not been executed
against an Ultimate instance — the attributes are declared in the EE code path
(ee/app/helpers/ee/application_settings_helper.rb), so CE returns 400 for
both parameters.
