This MR adds the ci_job_live_trace_enabled attribute to the Application Settings.

Changes included:

  1. Adding ci_job_live_trace_enabled to docs/resources/application_settings.md
  2. Adding ci_job_live_trace_enabled to internal/provider/sdk/schema_gitlab_application_settings.go
