Don't fetch projects for gitlabGroupShareGroupResource

Fetching projects is unnecessary for that resource. It only prolongs the request, and might be related to this issue: #1504 (comment 2726070917)

Note: the WithProjects option might be deprecated, but it defaults to true and there is only an alternative method for fetching projects, not disabling it.
