The existing examples for resource_group_service_account and resource_group_service_account_access_token didn't include a resource showing that the service account needed to be assigned to a group independently of the group it's created against. This wasn't clear from using it ourselves, so seemed appropriate to add to the examples.
Added clarification that the service account must be created against a top-level group.
Added clarification that on gitlab.com the terraform provider token must have ownership of the top-level group the service account is being created within.
