Test/doc fixes for project/group access tokens

  • Some CheckDestroy steps were probably copy-pasted from elsewhere. This MR implements the correct resource-specific replacements.

  • The read_user token scope isn't documented for the project/group access token's scopes. This MR removes provider "support" for them.

  • Remove some duplicate references to the k8s_proxy scope.
