On my Apple M1 using colima it takes ages until gitlab-console is launched and therefore the healthcheck-and-setup.sh script would always be aborted by docker-compose due to a timeout. This will eventually make GitLab ready - however it takes around 20 minutes for me ...

We really need omnibus-gitlab#5673 to solve these downsides.
