Add Philipp Wells as documentation code owner
We've just migrated this repository from GitHub to GitLab and are about to properly introduce CODEOWNERS.
@phillipwells AFAIK, you are the current stable counterparts for ~"group::configure" from Technical Writing.
What do you think about helping us out here with documentation / technical writing reviews?
Would it even make sense to "just" add you or should we add "a" group like @gl-docsteam ?
In terms of what's available of documentation:
- generated docs from human-written input in
/docs. - human-written templates used to render stuff into in
/templates. - a few markdown files like
README.mdorCONTRIBUTING.mdin the root.
It's not a lot, however I think we could greatly benefit of some technical writing expertise :)
